The talented Miami-based duo of Tim Grube and Mike Hovsepian encompass a quality not often found with modern-day producers – the ability to shine under different styles and tempos. With Trickster, they harness the more aggressive route, and deliver a track that has played a pivotal role in Coldharbour boss Markus Schulz’s live performances throughout 2013.
Since being debuted by Markus at the ASOT 600 celebrations in Sao Paulo, Trickster has rocked dancefloors with its ruthless drive, in venues such as Madison Square Garden in New York City and the Tomorrowland festival in Belgium.
On remix duties is an Italian who has been in outstanding form in the past few months, including his recent original release Mr. Slade. Gai Barone’s dark and hypnotic vibes provide an appealing alternative to the original, and ideal for the early embers of a long evening.
Combined, both versions make Trickster an essential release for many, and will be remembered as one of summer 2013’s highlights.
